The Story:
Eugene plays Yong Bong Soon, a simple country girl who has been living at a remote mountain side with her grandma since young. One day as she was on her way to the market, she saw a man lying unconscious at the pathway. The man is Joon Won, a doctor. Bong Soon quickly brought Joon Won home and after some “weird” treatment, Joon Won finally woke up. Joon Won injured his leg and thus have problem going back to Seoul on his own. He called home for help and it turned out that he is the President’s Son. The President’s Chief Security thus send Bodyguard Nam Bong Ki to fetch him. However he did not reveal to Bong Ki that Joon Won is the President’s son. During Joon Won’s stay at Bong Soon’s house, they developed a close friendship. Bong Ki came to fetch Joon Won with much resentment as he is supposed to be on a holiday. Consequently he was rather rude to both Joon Won and Bong Soon. Bong Soon’s grandma fell ill and they send her to the hospital and found out that she has terminal illness and is dying. At her death bed, she told Bong Soon that actually she is not her biological grandma and asked Bong Soon to go look for her biological parents…..Armed with two photos, Bong Soon finally decided to go to Seoul to search for her parents and it seemed like her father might be Korea’s President! In order to discover the mystery to her birth, she finally got a job as a chef in the Blue House to get close to the President. During her stay in Seoul, she started to develop feelings for Joon Won, who happened to be married but his wife contracted Alzheimer, while Bong Ki fell in love for Bong Soon gradually…..so is the President really her father?
